Possibly: I don't know if you mean homeopathy specifically or natural remedies in general (the 2 are often confused). There is no research proving homeopathy can help this condition, but homeopathy has been known to help many serious conditions that are not easily treated by conventional medicine, so is worth a try. But i would try homeopathy as an addition (not alternative) to conventional treatments.

No: There is no good evidence that homeopathic treatments correct any disease. Most studies that show any benefit to these kind of therapies have serious fllaws. In addition the underlying principles of homeopathy have little scientific plausability and no supportive evidence.

No.: Strictly speaking there are no homeopathic remedies for pulmonary hypertension. A natural remedy is n-acetyl-cysteine at a dose of 200 mg three times daily which can be obtained in health food stores. It is still unclear if this treatment alters the disease process.

Danger!: While there is no cure for pah, there are treatments that are effective at both halting or slowing disease progression and improving quality of life. Taking water (the only thing in a homeopathic remedy) is fine is the absence of effective treatments or if the disease is benign. Pah is fatal and has treaments. Take the real thing!
