Probably: If your teeth are not straight you can either do orthodontics to straighten the teeth or surgery (caps, veneers, fillings, etc) to disguise the fact that they are crooked. Why don't you ask your family dentist to refer you to a qualified orthodontic specialist for an initial examination. Please know that a full 1/3 of all orthodontic patients today are adults, so you're not alone.

Sounds like yes.: If you teeth are angled backwards to your tongue, it sounds like a visit to a licensed orthodontic specialist for an opinion is your best bet.
