What did they advice: You were in er apparently examined and treated after cbc.What was their impression and advice the symptoms you are describing can be due to gastritis, peptic ulcer.Gall bladder condition or pacreatitis, or kidneys if you still have pain and indigestion and pain in back check in with your doctor you need a thorough exam.Blood and urine test and if indicated cat scan of abdomen to find the cause.
