Some abdominal discomfort usually on right side and also some back pain. had cbc blood work, normal except for slightly elevated bilirubin, globulin, and other liver proteins. dont drink but family history of crohns diseases. what could it be?

Elevated IGG&IGA&TP&Globulin for 3 yrs. In latest report IGG-2120, IGA-634 & TP-9.1. Test- part of followup by GP as father's also elevated- but so much. -otherwise am Healthy -CBC,Liver,Kidney OK -No M spike in Protein Electro. why IGG&IGA so high?
