Skin aging: Skin aging/damage can develop for all kinds of reasons -- including smoking cigarettes, poor hygiene, sleep deprivation, poor diet, etc. All these intensify with stress. Your skin can improve when you stop smoking (if you are) and normalize these other areas. See a dermatologist for best advice about your skin.
