Depends: Depends on type of stress. The stress of excess radiation ( mostly sun) ages skin. So does smoking. If anxiety makes you pull your hair or smoke, then stress may age skin or hair. If stress drives you into the tanning salon, then it ages your skin. Not the answer you expected? But that's the way it is.
