Assoc varicose? Size: It depends on the cause and the caliber of the veins. If associated with deeper varicose veins then you may be better off having those treated first to prevent rapids recurrence. It would be like patching a ceiling without taking care of the leaking pipe. After that depending in the size of the spider veins, a combination of injection sclerotherwpy followed by laser ablation for telangiectasias.
