Cosmetic and Plastic: Sclerotherapy is the gold standard for leg veins, then superficial laser for the tiny red veins on the face and the red ones remaining after sclerotherapy. The new medicines like Asclera and sts don't hurt with the injection sclerotherapy . Need compression stockings after injections 2-3 weeks to minimize side effects. See plastic surgeon or dermatologist for stretch marks...Lasers, creams?

Sclero and ????: While spider veins are best treated with sclerotherapy in combination with laser ablation. However underlying venous disease may be better approaches with the endovenous laser or ligation. Stretch marks are enigmatic and defy treatment but may be improved if dark or red with laser, ip or, retinoids.
