Spider veins: The circulatory system is composed of two parts: thick walled arteries which carry red blood under great pressure from the pump, the heart, to the organs, bringing oxygen and nutrients. And thin walled veins, that return blue blood, without a pump, to the heart. Small superficial spider veins may develop but have no real function. They are only of cosmetic importance. Remedies dont help.
