Should see doc..: Safest and easiest/simplest to help is getting an evaluation by your doc because of multiple problems as heart disease/vascular insufficiency/diabetes etc.. Once these are controlled/treated, medications such as cialis/levitra/viagra can help to improve and maintain erections. It is nothing like when u were 17, but these meds do help. There is no good otc med available. Consult doc. Good luck .

Weight loss surgery: With your medical problems, you might consider seein a bariatric surgeon to see if you might be a candidate for weight loss surgery. The ed is due toady factors, which often improve after significant weight loss. Imagine not having diabetes or progressive atherosclerosis of your vessels. Worth considering.
