Impotence: It is true that the longer you've had impotence the harder it is to get a good result with treatment. The causes are generally both vascular and neurologic. However there are treatments available. Some treatments may involve surgerical implants, use of external mechanical pumps, or small injections into the penis prior to intercourse. Ideal weight, exercise, good diet optimize your results.
