Should my knee get almost completely stiff after a pcl operation?

No: Following a PCL reconstruction you should have close to normal range of motion.

Most likely will: Stiffness after PCL surgery is common because moving and loading the knee too much will not allow the ligament to heal very tightly. Generally, the surgery is done to tighten the knee and thus it will get stiff. After the PCL heals usually the knee is loosened up through rehab and physical therapy.
