Move: Some people are scar tissue formers. The best way to prevent the scar tissue from causing a problem is moving the knee. Sometimes this hurts and the key is to push the knee into the "discomfort range" often. Ice after motion/stretching sessions for 10 minutes. Move and stretch often.
