Allergies: An ige elevated to this level is most often associated with atopy (the state of being allergic), and is seen in people with seasonal allergies, asthma, or (commonly) eczema. A level like this is usually nothing to worry about, beyond treating her allergies. Treating eczema may bring the level down some, but she will still be atopic and at risk for allergies.
