As for the elevated liver enzymes, several reasons for that, such as certain medicines, fatty liver, etc..so the doctor who ordered the test can answer better

Elevated IgE : Indicates severe allergies . ALP is normal for a growing child . IgA is normal as well . Your daughter should see an allergist and consider elimination of allergic triggers where possible and desensitization.
