Confer with ur MD: or the doctor who ordered those tests. Elevated total IgE in a patient with asthma and hay fever isn't uncommon, you may want to see an allergist/immunologist for further management, check aaaai.or or acaai.org for an allergist in your area. As for the elevated liver enzymes, several reasons for that, such as certain medicines, fatty liver, etc..so the doctor who ordered the test can answer better

Elevated IgE : Indicates severe allergies . ALP is normal for a growing child . IgA is normal as well . Your daughter should see an allergist and consider elimination of allergic triggers where possible and desensitization.
