See a doctor: Thrush would be extremely unusual in a normal person without diabetes, antibiotics, steroids or other abnormalities. Do not know if you are sexually active but immune deficiencies would promote thrush (if that is what you have), and if any chance you were exposed to hiv, get tested. Before anything else, would get a professional to examine you and confirm this diagnosis. Good luck.
