Cause of regular testicular swelling?

? Painful: Common causes include hydrocele ( fluid collection in the scrotal sac, testicular tumor, epididymitis. If sudden onset of swelling- testicular torsion which is an emergency, usually painful- see to doctor/ er asap. Sometimes hernia may get confused with testicular swelling.
