Swelling: A degree of swelling or edema in medicalese is normal following surgery. His surgeon should be in the loop otherwise and followup as scheduled is critical in making sure he does not develop any postop complications.

I have a dull/achey testicular pain in my right testicle. It last a most 5 minutes and is occasional. I have no problems so far walking or sleeping. I have had this annoying pain the last couple of days. Is it torsion? No noticeable swelling/discolor?
