How severe of testicular injury would one need to cause changes in hormones (fsh)? what about sports injury where pain goes away in mins, no swelling?

Testicular injury: Usually if no swelling, and only momentary pain , it should not be very significant concern for infertility but would follow up with doctor/ urgent care/ ER today sooner rather than later .A sonogram will see if there was hematoma or intermittent torsion. f/u/ today early
