Does a hyperbaric oxygen chamber help with recovering from a pcl injury?

No: Hyperbaric oxygen promotes the healing of open wounds when the tissue is devitalized or has a poor blood supply because of diabetes, infection, radiation, or trauma. Although it helps with delayed or compromised healing of open wounds, it won't accelerate the normal rate of healing of a PCL injury if you already have a good blood supply with none of the above risk factors for poor healing.

PCL Hyperbarics: Hyperbaric medicine is not used for this type of injury. There is no proof that it will help you in this case.

No: There is no good evidence that hyperbaric oxygen helps from recovering from a PCL tear. The PCL is a very stout ligament with tremendous scarring capability. It will heat its just that it may not heal tightly.
