Sure!: You can get just about anything if you're willing to pay for it. Now, if you mean can i get insurance to pay for it, that's an entirely other question. "poor circulation" on it's own isn't going to do it.

Poor circulation : Alone is not an indicator for hyperbaric oxygen treatments. Have you seen a specialist for your circulation problems?

Hyperbaric: It depends why you are having the therapy It does have benefit in wound healing Pad is not by itself a contraindication
