Neuro Hyperbaric: The research on hyperbaric oxygen treatments has not proven to be of benefit. Continued research into this issue is needed. There are specialists that may recommend this therapy but you should ask about the conclusions of the research.

Uncertain: 1 study assessed the effects of increasing hyperbaric pressure by 3 to 30% in 2 to 7 Y.O.Children with autism spectrum disorders over 40 1 hour txs. There was reported significant improvement in 30% of children under pressure vice 8% in the control group. I don't know what "significant " means. I believe that the jury is still out & there are intrinsic risks to hyperbaric o2 treatment.

No, & the FDA asks : that you report false claims of it's efficacy in any disorder for which its potential benefit has not been proven to outweigh its potential painful &/or serious risks. It does not help anyone with Neurodevelopmental Disorders of genetic & other medical etiologies, brain injury, or neurological sequelae of meningitis or encephalitis.
