What are the chances that i will pass on my pulmonary embolism to my children?

Depends on the cause: Some kinds of excessive clotting are inheritable. Other causes of excessive clotting are related to pregnancy, medication, lifestyle. Your doctor should do testing for the genetic causes of excessive clots and you will have a better idea at that time whether your kids are at risk or not.
