Ovary pain: Minor pelvic discomfort and swelling in the ovary is common in pregnancy. More serious pain especially with abnormal bleeding is not normal and requires a checkup very soon.

Ovary: The ovary shouldn't "itch per say in that it is an internal organ. The first 12 weeks of pregnancy or so are are supplied by hormones from the ovary from a cyst called the corpus luteum. This may be the sensation but try not to overread. It could be constipation! the bladder or general muscular pain from the stretching uterus. You have pinpointed the ovary, may be true, but other things in tum.
