Possible infection: Thick colored discharge that burns is certainly sending up a red flag for an infection, and if you are pregnant, any infection down there can be dangerous for you and the baby. You need to see your OB this week and get this checked out before you end up in premature labor or having a baby that is at risk for catching that infection during birth. Don't delay!
