Second opinion: Vomiting is not normal. There may be a disorder of the stomach or bowels. There may be toxic effects. There may be a metabolic disorder. There may be pressure in the brain. She needs a thorough evaluation that can satisfy you that none of these causes are present. First discuss with her primary doctor. If not satisfied, request a second opinion.

Depends: What kind of vomiting she has. The causes are legion from virus to reflux to brain tumor. Does she have any other symptoms that go along with her vomiting? Such as chest pain, nocturnal asthma, headaches, loss of balance, trouble walking, etc?
