No: Stomach ulcers can be very serous and require md evaluation and treatment stomach ulcers can cause life threatening bleeding or rarely be due to cancer. Thrush and bladder symptoms are not usually related to stomach ulcers.Only md exam can help explain several possibly unrelated issues.
