My ct scan showed accessory ossicles on spine. what are they and do they cause problems?

Normal: Ossicles are small bones usually associated with larger bones. They are variably present but considered normal. They usually cause no problems. A few well known ossicles change the dynamics around joints and lead to arthritis, most notably in the shoulder.
