Normal event: Between 6 & 12 mo most infants develop a sense of separation anxiety when apart from their primary caregivers. This preference for you, your spouse or a daily caregiver may be troubling to those who expect her smiles as a blood relative but this is a normal stage.If they care, they should give her time to warm up to them or just accept it for now.After 2 or so the issue is usually gone.
