Not alone: You are not alone...This is one of the most common complaints that we see in daily practice...It would be a good idea to see your family doc for an evaluation and possible referral for physical therapy if indicated. Generally avoid lifting with your back...Use your legs...Listen to your body! pain is one of your body's ways of protecting you from further damage...If it hurts, don't do it..
