Thyroid: Get your thyroid numbers checked again to see if you need supplemental thyroid . Also check to see if you need a CPAP machine.

Need check of all!: 1. Hi sugars cause fatigue. 2. Untreated sleep apnea causes fatigue 3. Need thyroid blood test- if underactive, that causes fatigue 4. Often americans have low vitamin d- check and treat if low 5. Make your you drink lotsof liquids, get 7 hours sleep, modest exercise.

Check thyroid?: Have you had your thyroid function checked? Low thyroid function might be contributing to your symptoms. I suggest a blood work by your doctor.
