Normal: Probably this means that the person getting the test had normal healthy lymph nodes. Typically, enlarged lymph nodes indicate disease, but normal size lymph nodes don't. Lymph nodes are throughout the neck, here's a nice surface diagram: http://goo.Gl/kepw2.
