I have had an ultrasound. my neck lumps are not from lymph nodes, so what else could it be? i have 3 on right side

Few things: Could be estill small lymphnodes not picked up by us, could be things called branchial cysts which could be anatomical remnants of some clefts we had suring development as a foetus inside mother's womb, soft tissue tumors-benign ones -called lipomas/fibromas/neiurofibromas etc. If not causing pain, if not fast growing , if not identifiedas thyroid tissue sitting in some other place like neck, no worry.
