Ultrasound showed benign infamation of lymph nodes in neck. what does this mean?

Inflamation: Presumably, you have enlarged lymph nodes and the ultrasound saw no evidence that the normal architecture of the nodes was not disrupted and therefore didn't think there was a tumor cause. Thus the benign designation. The cause could be some sort of infection.
