My blood pressure hit 175/99, i recently started to wet the bed. im 23, and im pretty sure i have sleep apnea. what can i do to fix this?

Be seen: See an md that specializes in sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. You should be properly worked up which includes a sleep study and in your case a possible cardiac work up (bp is too high). Wetting the bed can be a symptom sleep apnea.
