Deer mouse diseases: Allergies make you itch but do not usually cause back pain, shoulder pain or headache. I'm not sure what you mean by saying your lung itches. The deer mouse can carry a very dangerous virus, called hantavirus, and also other diseases, called ehrlichiosis and babesiosis, and possibly lyme disease.
