Incomplete info: Random or fasting blood glucose of 94 is not abnormal. If it was fasting, you need to be careful. High glucose in urine is of concern, even with "normal" blood glucose. How high is the blood count? PCOS is one of the risk factors for diabetes. It would be prudent to discuss these items with your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
