Acquired a quad hemotoma 3 weeks ago and not seeing much improvement. what should my course of treatment be going forward? 60 yrs. old.

Hematoma: The thigh can hide a large amount of blood and not look very different but remain painful for extended period of time. Please see physician. Especially if hematoma was spontaneous.
