A member asked:

What is forefoot varus and how does it relate to flat foot?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Read below: Forefoot varus is where the front half of the foot will be turned or rotated in a position where you big toe side of the foot is angled higher than the baby toe side of the foot. This is a natural compensation when the back half of the foot is rolling inward or flattening, that will cause the front part of the foot to roll outward.
