Veinwave: There are several options for those tiny red veins on the nose . Lasers such as a pulse dye laser or nd yag or ipl [ intense pulsed light] all work. Sclerotherapy can occaisionally be used. What I have had the most success with is rf thermocoaugulation also called a veinwave. They all can work in experienced hands.

A choice: Spider veins on the face can be treated with laser, rf thermo/photocoagulation, and sclerotherapy-depending on the experience of the treating doctor.
