Sclerotic therapy: You can have a treatment where the doc injects a salt like solution into the tiny veins in your legs, this is called sclerotic therapy.

Sclerotherapy: As dr. Hertzman said, it is generally felt that sclerotherapy is the most effect vie treatment for spider veins on the legs. It is important though, to make sure that there is no underlying vein disease that you can't see that is causing the spider veins. If there isn't an underlying larger vein problem that is causing the spider veins to appear, sclerotherapy shouuld work very well.
