RCT Infection: Spontaneous pain, pain on biting pressure, and swelling are some common indications of an infected tooth. Sometimes there are no symptoms but your dentist will pick up the effects of an infected tooth when viewing the x-rays of your teeth on recall visits. That is why it is so important to see your dentist for routine dental check-ups and radiographs.
