A member asked:

After a breast biopsy the results were a few lymphocytes and fat cells. what does it mean when they find lymphocytes. is this a bad thing?

Not worried: No. There are lymphocytes everyplace. To this day, nobody knows why a few get together, seemingly forming an outpost in otherwise-normal tissue.

Breast biopsy result: In general, this is not a bad thing at all. It will be important to follow-up directly with your physician who will have been able to review the entire pathology analysis report. He or she should then provide clear follow-up instructions.
