2-4 weeks: As with any surgical procedure some discomfort is expected, to nasal surgey in particular expect discomfort usually controlled with pain pills . In general should expect the following: 1- pain/discomfort 7-10 days. 2- facial swelling/bruising 7-10 days 3- nasal/sinus congestion x 7 days 4- nosebleed 3-5 days. 5- no heavy lifting/blowing nose x 2-3 weeks.
