What is done with a septorhinoplasty?

Nasal surgery: Septorhinoplasty involves changing both the inside and outside of the nose. It is usually done for both appearance and function. The underlying cartilage and bone is reshaped.

Airway + Contouring: Septorhinoplasty involves straightening the nasal septum (divides the nasal passage into two equal sides). If the nose appears crooked (this may also contribute to breathing difficulty) or it is too large or lacks desired definition re-shaping of the nose is performed to improve appearance and/or function.
