Is laser therapy and retinol effective for removing minor facial scarring?

Possible yes: Yes, very superficial scarring may be improved. However it is more likely to result in correction of pigment irregularities.

Yes: As with any recommendation it is necessary for you to seek out a qualified health care professional to answer your question specifically, however, in our practice retinol either of varying strengths, with or without laser therapy ( and vice versa) is quite effective. You should get very nice results. Co2 fractional laser has been wonderful in these cases.
