Yes: The improvment of the acne scars by laser depends on the type of scar and the patients skin type. The atrophic acne scars are improved by the fracional co2 or erbium lasers, but the ice-pick and box car type scarring is not improved much. Your need to seem and experience dermatological laser surgeon for evaluation.
