Nose Reshaping: Most rhinoplasty in the United States is performed by plastic surgeons or facial plastic surgeons. The former are surgeons trained in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the entire body, head to toe, while the latter are head & neck surgeons (ents or otorhinolaryngologists) who have received additional training in cosmetic surgery of the face.

PS or FPS: Typically plastic surgeons or facial plastic surgeons are the 2 types that routinely do rhinoplasty operations but ENT surgeons and oral surgeons also sometimes perform rhinoplasties. Dont go by the specialty alone. Not all plastic or facial plastic surgeons do rhinoplasties frequently. Some may do more breast augmentations or facelifts respectively. Some may do lots of noses but not do it well.
