A member asked:

I'll do rhinoplasty and later -mentoplasty (didn't find doc for latter) is it more difficult to obtain good results overall, when not done together?

Rhinoplasty: When evaluating facial aesthetics and symmetry, the nose and chin affect each other. If both need to be addressed from a plastic surgical standpoint, I think it is always better to do them together. One operation is always better then two if you can do it that way

No: they can be done together or separately with equal success.
