Thyroid labs: Hi. I am assuming those labs are in SI units, in which case your free T4 and free T3 (liothyronine) are in the normal range and your TSH is elevated. This is "subclinical hypothyroidism", meaning your thyroid is damaged, but with a little extra "push" from the pituitary, the struggling gland can still make normal levels of T4 and T3 (liothyronine) (most T3 (liothyronine) is made from T4 OUTSIDE the thyroid gland).
